Joshua Wolf Joins Thesis Capital Partners
HOUSTON - Jan. 13, 2026 - Thesis Capital Partners today announced that Joshua Wolf has joined the firm. Wolf will lead investment origination and deal execution alongside the firm's Operating Partners, as well as support value creation initiatives and capital formation efforts.
Wolf brings nearly two decades of transaction experience. He spent eight years as a Managing Director at Cetane Associates, contributing to 45 successful sell-side M&A engagements, helping each business owner navigate a competitive sale and closing process. He subsequently founded JWC Sponsor Advisory Services, advising independent sponsors on deal structuring and capital formation. Earlier in his career, he held roles in energy finance at Mizuho Corporate Bank, ABN AMRO, and Crédit Lyonnais. He holds a BBA from Emory University.
"Josh brings extensive experience and deep knowledge of the full transaction lifecycle, and in particular the sponsor ecosystem, which will help us execute our strategy with discipline and support businesses for the long term," said Ian Reynolds, Managing Partner and Founder of Thesis Capital Partners.
Wolf's addition strengthens Thesis Capital Partners' capabilities as the firm continues to build a model focused on partnering with exceptional operators and founder-owned businesses.
