Scout Program
Know A Business We Should Meet?
Our scouts help us find extraordinary companies run by people who deserve a real partner. If you know one, we want to hear about it. and there is a meaningful referral fee when a deal closes.
Introduce Us to a BusinessHow It Works
Simple. Three steps
Make the introduction
Connect us with a business owner who might be open to a conversation. A warm email or phone call is all it takes. We handle everything from there.
We do the work
We pursue the relationship, conduct diligence, negotiate, and close. You don't need to manage the process or stay involved unless you want to.
Get paid when we close
When a deal you introduced closes, you receive a meaningful referral fee; paid at closing, no strings attached.
The Fee
A meaningful fee. Not a token gesture
We pay referral fees that are commensurate with the value of the introduction. On a lower middle-market acquisition, that’s a significant number; not a finder’s fee that gets lost in the noise of a closing statement.
We’ll discuss the specific structure when you make an introduction. We’re transparent about how fees are calculated and we pay promptly at closing.

Our scouts come from all walks of business
Accountants & CPAs
You see your clients' financials. You know which ones are profitable, well-run, and approaching a transition. We'd like to meet them.
Attorneys & Advisors
Business lawyers, estate planners, and financial advisors often know when a client is thinking about selling; months or years before it goes to market.
Business Brokers
We work directly with brokers. If you have a listing that fits our criteria, there's no reason not to bring it to us.
Operators & Executives
Former executives, industry operators, and people with deep networks in a specific sector often know who's ready to sell before anyone else does.
Lenders & Bankers
Commercial bankers and SBA lenders see businesses in transition. A client paying off debt or looking for a succession path may be ready for a conversation.
Industry Insiders
Suppliers, customers, trade association members; anyone who knows a business well and can make a credible introduction.
